Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we ship to — there is no minimum spend and no shipping charge added at checkout.

We aim to ship orders within 1–2 working days. Any orders received on Friday or a long weekend will be shipped on Monday or the day after. (Holidays are not included, and this period may vary during sale and holiday periods.)

Customs clearance may delay the shipping process; this is totally out of our control. Feel Amara cannot be held responsible for these delays.

All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise on the amounts of these fees, or if they are applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
